Shipping

Orders are shipped once a week, every Monday.

Orders placed before **Sunday at 12:00 PM (CET)** will be shipped on the following Monday.

Once your order has been been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery Times

For in-stock products, parcels within the Netherlands are usually delivered within **1–2 business days** after dispatch. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Custom made products have a longer production and delivery time. An estimated delivery time is listed on each product page.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure to carefully check your shipping address and contact details before completing your order.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to me, the cost of reshipping the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please first check whether it was accepted by a neighbour or delivered to a local collection point.
