Shipping & Returns
Valid for all purchases at The Loc Craft Studio.
Shipping
✧ Orders are shipped every Monday. Place your order before Sunday 12:00 PM, and it will be shipped the following Monday.
✧ Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
✧ Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Are you in a hurry or have a special request? Please contact me, and I will gladly look into the possibilities with you.
Returns
Is a product not quite what you were looking for? No problem. You have the right to return a product within 14 days after receiving the last item of your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be in its original condition and not used or damaged.
• Wearable products, such as hairwraps and ready-made dreadlock sets, must not have been worn or braided in.
• The product must be – if applicable – in its original packaging.
• The product is not excluded from return (see below).
Registering a return
You can easily register a return via My account → Orders on the website.
Prefer personal contact? That's also possible. Send an email to hello@theloccraftstudio.com with your name and order number. You will then receive the return address and further instructions.
✧ Return shipments are arranged and paid for by the customer.
✧ You can choose your own carrier (e.g., PostNL or DHL).
✧ Always include your order number in the package and keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
Once your return has been received and checked in good condition, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Products and services excluded from return
The following products and services cannot be returned:
🚫 Custom-made products that have been specifically created according to your wishes.
🚫 Opened sealed products, such as shampoos, sprays, or other hair care products.
🚫 Services (such as treatments) that have been fully performed with your prior consent.
Ready-made dreadlock sets
Ready-made dreadlock sets may be returned, provided they are unused, unworn, unbraided, and in original condition. For hygienic reasons, dreadlock sets that have been worn, braided in, or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Canceling an order
Standard products
Are you ordering a product that is in stock? You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. You can cancel via My account → Orders or by sending an email to hello@theloccraftstudio.com with your name and order number. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.
Custom-made products
Custom-made products are specially designed for you and handcrafted. Upon receipt of your order, the procurement of materials and production will start as soon as possible. Therefore, orders for custom-made products cannot be canceled free of charge once the procurement of materials or production has started. Each custom-made product includes an indication of the expected delivery time. Of course, I will do my utmost to adhere to this schedule.
Incorrect address details
Always check your address and contact details carefully before completing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and is therefore returned to me, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible.
Would you prefer a different item? You can return the original item, provided it meets the return conditions, and then place a new order.
International shipping
For shipments outside the Netherlands, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. Any such costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Complaints or comments
Is something not entirely to your satisfaction? Please let me know. I'd be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
