Shipping & Returns

Dispatch
✧ Orders are shipped every Monday . Place your order before 11:59 PM on Sunday evening and it will be shipped the following Monday.
✧ You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
✧ Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Are you in a hurry or have a special request? Get in touch, and I'll see what's possible.
Returns
Is a product not quite what you were looking for? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt , provided:
• The item is unworn and unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is not excluded from return (see below)
If you want to return an item, please first send an email to hello@theloccraftstudio.com with your name and order number.
You will then receive the return address and further instructions.
✧ Returns are arranged and paid for by the customer.
✧ You can choose a carrier yourself (for example PostNL or DHL).
✧ Always add your order number to the package and keep your shipping receipt.
Once the return package has been received and checked in good condition, the purchase price of the returned products will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note: these products are excluded from returns.
The following products cannot be returned:
🚫 Custom made / tailor-made products
🚫 Dreadlock sets and composite sets
🚫 Opened sealed products, such as shampoos, sprays or other hair care products

Incorrect address information
Always check your address and contact information carefully. If you provide the wrong address, the package will be returned, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs .
Swap
Exchanges are not possible . Want a different item? Please return the item and place a new order.
Transaction costs for returns
If you paid with a payment method such as PayPal, credit card or Klarna, please note that transaction fees may be deducted in the event of a return or cancellation.
Custom or tailor-made
Custom-made products (such as dreadlocks) may require a little more production time . You will receive an estimated delivery date in advance.
International Shipping
When shipping outside the Netherlands , regulations and import duties apply in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
