Studio appointments & house rules
Valid for all treatments at The Loc Craft Studio
In my studio, I work with both feeling and structure. To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, I've made a few clear but friendly agreements. This way, you know exactly what to expect – and I can carefully reserve your time.
Deposit
To secure an appointment, I request a deposit.
✧ This will later be deducted from the final amount of your treatment.
✧ The deposit amount is a minimum of €10 and varies per service.
✧ The current amounts are listed on the booking page under the relevant service
In the booking system you can pay via i-Deal, PayPal or credit card .
⚠️ Your appointment is only final after receipt of the deposit.
Reschedule appointment
Want to reschedule your appointment? You can easily do so via (the link in) your confirmation email.
✧ If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance , I will take your deposit with me to the new date.
Cancel appointment
Do you still want to cancel? Of course you can.
✧ If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, I will refund the deposit.
✧ Did I order special material for you? Then the full deposit + material costs will be refunded charged..
You can also cancel via the (link in your) appointment confirmation.
I lovingly reserve time for you, If you let me know at short notice, I often can't give that time to anyone else.
Late or no show
Are you arriving later than planned? Please let me know as soon as possible.
✧ From 30 minutes after the agreed time I will charge the reserved time.
✧ The treatment can then be shortened depending on the planning.
✧ If you do not show up for your appointment, the full deposit will be retained .
Payment
✧ Payment takes place after the treatment .
✧ A payment request is preferred .
✧ Cash payment is also possible, but please discuss this with us for amounts >€100.
✧ Some treatments (such as custom dreadsets) require prepayment.
Rates
Current prices can be found on the rates page .
✧ When booking an appointment, I assume that you are aware of this.
✧ Received quotes for custom made work are valid for 3 months .
Disclaimer
Making dreadlocks is a craft – and every head is unique.
Therefore, dreadlocks can always vary slightly in thickness, structure, color or length .
That makes your look truly yours ♡
Liability
The Loc Craft Studio is not liable for damage or complaints caused by:
✧ Incorrect care or use of products
✧ Allergies or hypersensitivity
✧ Illness, hair problems or other personal circumstances
House rules
To keep it nice and quiet in the studio:
✧ Wash your hair 2 days before your appointment (for hygiene and grip)
✧ You may Take a maximum of 1 additional adult person ( or 2 kids) with you.
✧ No alcohol or narcotics in or around the studio
✧ Assistance dogs are welcome – other dogs are not welcome
✧ Feel free to bring your own food or snacks — some appointments can be quite long
