General terms and conditions
Thank you for choosing The Loc Craft Studio. By placing an order or booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions below. I like to keep things personal, clear, and personal.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered through my webshop or studio, including online purchases, consultations, and in-studio treatments.
3. Offer & Agreement
The offer is non-binding and described as completely as possible. Errors in pricing or product images are not binding on you as a customer.
When you place an order or confirm an appointment, the agreement becomes final.
4. Prices & Payment
✧ All prices are in euros and include VAT.
✧ For services: payment is made afterwards (via payment request or cash).
✧ For online store products, you pay in advance via iDEAL, PayPal, credit card or other offered payment methods.
✧ Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be prepared.
5. Shipping & Delivery
✧ Orders are shipped every Monday .
✧ You will receive a track & trace as soon as your package is on its way.
✧ Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt , without giving any reason.
If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, please inform us within this period by email at hello@theloccraftstudio.com , stating your order number.
After cancellation you have 14 days to return the product .
Conditions for return:
• The product is unused and unworn
• The product is in its original packaging
✧ Returns are at your own expense and will be shipped by the customer.
✧ The customer chooses the carrier.
✧ The return package must include a packing slip or order number.
After correct receipt, the purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method .
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
🚫 Custom-made or custom products
🚫 Dreadlock sets and composite sets
🚫 Opened or sealed care products
7. Warranty & Non-conformity
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please report it within 5 days . I will then arrange a replacement or refund.
✧ Product descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only: color, scent, or texture may vary slightly. This is not grounds for return or compensation.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, payment system disruptions, or extreme weather), The Loc Craft Studio may temporarily adjust or postpone the event. We will then work with you to find a suitable new date, free of charge.
9. Complaints & Disputes
Do you have a complaint about an order or treatment? Let me know—I'm happy to work with you to find a solution.

✧ Please state what the problem is and include your order number.
✧ You will receive a substantive response within 3 working days
Are you unable to work it out together?
You can then register your dispute via the European Commission's European ODR platform:

If there is a legal dispute, the dispute can be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
10. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, photos, designs) on the website is the property of The Loc Craft Studio ( Unless otherwise stated, nothing may be copied or reused without express permission.
11. Liability
I ensure quality in products and treatments. However, The Loc Craft Studio cannot be held liable for damage caused by:
• Incorrect use or care of products
• A allergies or hypersensitivity
• Z disease or hair problems
• Delay in delivery beyond our control

13. Final provisions
✧ If any of the rules above are ever found to be invalid (for example, due to a change in the law), the other rules will continue to apply.
✧ In that case, we will work together to find a new solution that is as similar as possible to what we originally intended.
✧ Is something unclear? Then we look at the intention behind the text, not just the font.
✧ These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law .
